We have been gathering experience with knowledge management for 20 years, and we believe that the idea of the ACTIVE knowledge base has the potential have a lasting effect on service.
That is another reason why we would like to introduce this concept in detail. Within the framework of our product development and of our projects, we at USU AG haven become familiar with almost 300 service companies. The smallest of them had fewer than ten service staff and a total staff of just over100. The largest had thousands of service employees distributed all over the world.
