USU wins large project from new customer Schweizerische Post
USU AG has won a large project as part of a Europe-wide invitation to tender by Schweizerische Post relating to extensive software and service packages. The order comprises replacing the HP Service Desk product line with the modules for incident management, problem management, work order, request management, configuration management and service level management.
A comprehensive ITIL®-compliant IT service management system is to be created. USU’s Valuemation product suite and the applications USU KnowledgeCenter and USU Service Intelligence will be deployed. USU won the contract after an extensive selection process at the end of October 2014.
